I've also been on the other end — I've recruited, developed application processes, and interviewed candidates across a variety of industries as well, so I know what employers are looking for and what works.

In 2016, I decided to take those experiences and help other people get the job they wanted! Then, in 2023, I took on several freelance roles for various artificial intelligence companies and really learned how ATS (Applicant Tracking System) works, and what it takes to get an ATS to send your résumé to a person.
